We are passionate about our crawfish! When the rest of the nation is trembling with cold and possibly buried in snow, we're in our backyards boiling up pots of hot boiled crawfish! Into the water goes corn, onions, garlic, and tons of Louisiana seasonings - and out comes a meal fit for a wonderful Louisiana February, March or April fling! This painting was created with memories of birthdays, anniversaries, and good times for no particular reason at all - just for getting together, enjoying friends and family and indulging in a favorite pastime down in our part of the world.
